The Desert Reef Hot Spring is a private family-oriented facility providing recreational opportunities to its members, their guests and visitors. The following policies and regulations are intended to ensure the enjoyment and safety of all patrons.

Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated. No one is allowed to engage is any loud, lewd, offensive or rude actions, activites or behaviors which may interfere with the privacy, safety or enjoyment of any other patron.

Members and visitors are encouraged to report to the staff any problems of which they are aware so they may be immediately corrected.

Each adult visitor may be requested to present a photo identification on their first visit or as needed.

Desert Reef Hot Spring reserves the right to warn, temporarily suspend, permanently suspend or cancel membership, or day soaking privileges, of anyone not compling with the policies of the hot spring, without refund.

GENERAL POLICIES

Desert Reef Hot Spring offers European-style, clothing-optional bathing and sunning. You are welcome to enjoy the pool and deck areas nude. Please wear a waist-towel in the greenhouse and bath-house, as well as in the parking lot and meditation labyrinth.

Please speak quietly. Voices tend to carry out here.

"No Peeping". Skinny-dipping is not a spectator sport.

Members and guests are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children. All children under the age of 18 must be in the company of a parent or legal guardian at all times. Unwatched and/or unattended children and their parents will be asked to leave. No refund will be made.

Children must be calm and quiet, no exceptions. This includes no running, jumping, splashing, flips, loud voices, crying, whining et cetera. AT ALL TIMES children must remain under the WATCHFUL EYE of their parent/s. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Please leave your pets at home.

Wine and beer may be brought into the facility, but may be consumed in moderation only. Patrons are strongly encouraged to drink plently of water during their visit as you body loses hydration through sweating in the hot water. Desert Reef Hot Spring reserves the absolute right to limit alcohol consumption by any patron. No visably intoxicated person will be admitted to the facility.

Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. Guests of a member must arrive with a member in order to receive the $10 rate.

No cameras, radios, TVs, cell phones, pagers, computers, PDAs or other communication or recording devices are permitted in the facility.

No drugs or other controlled substances are allowed anywhere on the grounds.

Member acccess to the property is confined to the road, parking lot and pool compound.

Camping is not allowed.

All persons will exit the pool 15 minutes prior to the closing hour, and will leave the property at closing.

Fences, berms and other protective structures may not be climbed upon or over.

POOL AREA POLICIES:

Note: This is a shallow pool -- NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY!

No diving or flips at anytime from any location.

No glass of any type is allowed in the pool/deck area. Desert Reef Hot Spring reserves the right to inspect.

No running or horseplay allowed.
